What are wellness patches?

Wellness patches offer a simple, wearable way to enjoy plant-based ingredients - just place on your skin and go about your day.

How do wellness patches work?

Wellness patches are designed to be worn on the skin, where they gradually release their ingredients over time. It’s a simple and wearable way to add something extra to your daily routine - no swallowing required.

What are the benefits of using wellness patches over pills or capsules?

Are wellness patches safe?

Our patches are made with carefully selected, high-quality ingredients and are designed with everyday use in mind. That said, everyone’s body is different, and how something works for one person may not be the same for another.

If you have any concerns, are pregnant, or have a medical condition, it’s always a good idea to check in with a healthcare professional before adding anything new to your routine.

Are wellness patches FDA-approved?

While specific ingredients used in our patches may be FDA-approved, wellness patches as a delivery method do not currently hold a specific FDA approval yet.

How do I apply a wellness patch?
  • Choose the application site (clean, dry, hairless area)
  • Remove the backing
  • Apply and press firmly
  • Leave the patch on for the recommended duration.

Where should I apply the patch?

Patches should be applied to a dry, hairless area of your skin (like the inside of your arm, your wrist, top of foot or lower abdomen).

How long does a patch last?

Our patches are designed to gradually release their contents over 8 to 12 hours (specific usage recommendations can be found on the packaging). Everyone’s skin and routine is different, so personal experiences may vary.

Can I wear more than one patch at a time?

You can wear a few different patches at the same time, but not multiple of the same patch. If you decide to wear more than one different patch at a time, we recommend using no more than two patches and avoid pairing products of opposing effects.

We advise starting with one patch when trying them for the first time to determine individual effectiveness and tolerance.

Can I wear the patch while showering, swimming, or exercising?

While working out with the patch is totally fine, getting it very wet - like swimming or showering - might affect how well it sticks. For best results, we recommend applying your patch to clean, dry skin after you've finished with water activities.

What should I do if the patch irritates my skin?

If you experience skin irritability or any other adverse reaction, remove the patch immediately and consult a healthcare professional if necessary.

Can patches be used together with other medication/vitamins/supplements?

We always recommend checking with a healthcare professional before combining any new wellness product with your current routine—especially if you’re taking medications or other supplements.

While we can't speak for how our patches may interact with other products, here are a few things to keep in mind:

  • Think about the big picture: If you're using other products with similar ingredients, it's a good idea to be mindful of your total daily intake.
  • Start slow: If you're adding our patches into a new routine, try one at a time so you can notice how your body responds.
  • Everyone's different: What works for one person might feel different for another, so listen to your body and make adjustments if needed.

And of course, if you have any specific questions or health concerns, a healthcare provider is the best person to ask.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping cost is calculated for individual orders at checkout, based on your location and shipping method. Bundle purchases are eligible for free shipping.

Please note:

  • Some orders may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges based on the destination country.
  • These charges are the responsibility of the buyer to clear customs.
  • Haus of Wllnss does not collect these duties and taxes, and we cannot predict the amount.

Important:

  • If you refuse to pay customs charges for your order, we cannot refund any shipping costs incurred.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated delivery times differ based on location and shipping method and will be provided at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer shipping to multiple countries. If you can't see your country in the checkout window, get in touch at hello@hausofwllnss.com. Please note that some orders may be subject to import duties, fees, taxes, and other charges based on the destination country. Haus of Wllnss does not collect these duties and taxes and the charges are the responsibility of the buyer to clear customs.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of receiving it, provided that it is unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging and labels intact.
